I am writing this article because since from three year i struggling to find the best VPS hosting providers. Usually we get many hosting companies , some are big some are small and there will be a question in our mind how we can manage this hosting. When it come to managing we need good technical support.
Here i just want to share my experience with my previous hosting companies.
Bigrock: Due to band value and TV ads , i just purchased the shared hosting service with bigrock, i am happy about pricing , but there is big problem with service , when we want to contact them, their live chat support will take very long time to communicate , same thing happing with telephonic support also. When it comes to VPS their managed plans too costly.
Godaddy: In 2013 they don't have support team in India but now godaddy had a support team in Hyderabad in India. Live chat support is not so friendly , telephonic support is okay. But VPS plans are costly but okay if we manage VPS ourself.
Now i just switched to Rose Hosting , which is from USA , their support is quite impressive. Even they will support for jboss application server. Very quick response through chat and support ticket.
Those who are looking for fully managed hosting i recommend rose hosting.
